This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
BrutalPrep is intended for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a minor under applicable law, please do not use the Service.
Payments are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay. Your full card or bank details are entered on and handled by Razorpay and are not stored by us. We receive only limited transaction confirmation data, such as a payment reference and status.
We use your information to create and manage your account; deliver the Service (generate interview questions, conduct the voice interview, and produce feedback and reports); process payments and grant access to purchased packages; send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations; provide customer support; maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law; and improve the reliability and quality of the Service.
To provide the Service, your interview inputs are processed by trusted third-party providers acting as our processors:

By using the Service you consent to this cross-border processing for the purpose of delivering the Service. We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its function, and we do not sell your personal data.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or lawful request by a public authority, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of the Service.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Interview transcripts, reports, and related inputs are retained for the period necessary to deliver and support the Service and to meet our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data as described below, subject to records we are legally required to keep (such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side handling of secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@brutalprep.com from your registered email address. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
