These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrutalPrep, operated by COASTAL LINE TECH LLP. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service — educational purpose and no guarantee

BrutalPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any employer, company, university, or organisation whose roles or interview styles may be referenced or simulated. References to any role, company, or domain are provided for practice context only.

2. AI-generated content

Questions, follow-ups, feedback, scores, and reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are provided for practice and self-improvement only and do not constitute professional, career, recruitment, legal, financial, medical, or academic advice. Please use your own judgement and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us at support@brutalprep.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Upload another person's confidential, proprietary, or personal information without authorisation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its underlying systems;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written permission;
• Use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform — including its software, design, content, and the format of its questions and reports — is owned by COASTAL LINE TECH LLP and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, such as your CV text and spoken answers, and you grant us a limited licence to process those inputs solely to provide the Service to you. The personalised feedback and reports generated for your session are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Purchases and access

BrutalPrep is offered on a pay-per-use basis. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal or recurring billing. You purchase access to interview sessions, and each purchased package is valid for 7 days (168 hours) from the date and time of payment, as set out in our Refund Policy. Pricing and applicable taxes are shown at the point of purchase.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control, including third-party provider outages.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of any outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COASTAL LINE TECH LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of opportunity, employment, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
